愛飛揚機構是由單聖玲和單聖明姐弟在2013年在Fremont所創立的非營利組織。
對教育有著獨特熱忱的單聖玲老師一直期許能讓孩子在愛與關懷的環境裏成長，並有主動求知的精神。她希望可以成立一家有別於傳統式的課後教育機構，強調全人教育，德智育並重。所以，愛飛揚機構建立獨特的諮詢輔導系統，協助建立親子健全的溝通管道，並串連學校、課後班和家庭，讓孩子面對未來複雜的學業和人際關係也充滿信心。
除此，聖玲老師觀察到許多弱勢的單親家庭因為家長忙於生計，無法兼顧孩子每日課後的教育和養成，所以愛飛揚將捐助這些需要幫助的孩子。聖玲和聖明姐弟希望將愛的光彩飛揚在這些如白紙的孩子上，不分族裔、年紀和貧富，讓每個孩子都有屬於他們人生的精采傑作。
I Fly Young is a non-profit organization created in Fremont, in 2013 by sister and brother, Selena Shan and Sheng-Ming Shan.
Selena Shan has a lot of enthusiasm for education and wants children to be able to learn and grow in a loving and caring environment, and actively participate in their learning. She hopes to make a family distinct from the traditional after-school organizations, which focuses on educating your whole being. So, I Fly Young created different advisory guidance systems, assists in creating a good communication system between parents and children and how to take care of them, connect to school, afterschool class and families, let children be able to face complicated things
